Each offering is designed to meet you where you are - physically, emotionally, and energetically. Through movement, breath, energy and sound, you’ll reconnect with your inner balance and begin to heal from within.

Yoga is a beautiful journey of self- connection and healing. Through mindful movement and Breathwork, yoga helps us reconnect with our body and ground ourselves in the present moment. I will guide you through asanas to improve strength and flexibility, focusing on breath awareness. There will be rotating classes featuring a variety of styles, lengths, and focus areas. Yoga provides space to nurture both body and soul, especially for stress relief and finding balance and peace. It has been my anchor through many challenges.

And I’d love to help you experience that same sense of stability and calm. In each practice, I’ll guide you with patience and care so you can discover how truly powerful it feels to be present in your own body.

In Sanskrit, Pranayama combines Prana (life force) and Yama (control), meaning control of the breath-The first thing that we do when we are born is breathing. The art of breathing is essential in our lives to regulate our minds. Pranayama is regarded as a science. In Yoga, Prana also represents the physical force of light, heat, magnetism and energy. If you want to improve mental well being or quit bad habits we will explore different kind of Pranayama and Meditation techniques.

Meditation and Pranayama are gifts that we can give ourselves, offering a sanctuary for the mind and a moment of pause amidst life’s business. Meditation creates a space for silent reflection, allowing you to let go of mental clutter and cultivate clarity and calm. Pranayama, the art of breath, helps center the body and mind, releasing tension and restoring balance. Together, they bring harmony to your being and help you reconnect with the peace already within you. I’m here to gently guide you through these practices so you can tap into a calm, centered energy that lasts long after the session.

There’s a language beyond words, and that is vibration. Through sound healing and mantra chanting, I hold space for deep energetic release and restoration. The word “Mantra” has been composed by combining two words: “Man”, which means mind, and “Tra” which means medium or vehicle. Mantras carry ancient wisdom and when repeated with intention. They create powerful shifts in both the body and mind. Whether through the soothing rhythm of the voice or the resonance of healing instruments, sound can realign what feels fragmented. This practice invites you into stillness. clarity and heart connection. For me, sound is not just a tool, it’s a devotion, and I’m honored to share its frequency with those seeking calm, insight and inner peace and unity with universal love.

Riki is soothing and gental  practice that taps into the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Through light touch and energy work, Reiki helps clear emotional blocks, stress, fear and limiting beliefs. It’s about balancing your nervous system and returning to a place of inner peace. It will help to find a place of deep healing and transformation, opening up to new perceptions, patterns and ideas. During the session I will clear and balance your chakras using also crystals.  I’m happy to share this practice with you, helping you find balance and reconnect with your healing power.

Spinal Energetics is a powerful and innovative healing modality that works with the body’s energetic field to release physical pain, emotional blockages, trauma and tension stored in the spine. With light touch or no touch it helps realign and reset the body’s natural flow. This therapy is beneficial for those who’ve been carrying emotional or physical pain for too long, offering powerful release and renewal. It promotes a healthier,  happier, more fulfilled life. l guide you through each session with care, helping to ease discomfort, restore vitality, and bring a sense of lightness to your body.
