What is Reiki?

Reiki is a soothing, gentle healing practice that taps into the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Through light touch and energy work, Reiki helps clear blockages and release stress, bringing you into a state of deep relaxation. It’s a nurturing and safe space where your body and mind can soften and begin to restore. Reiki isn’t just about physical healing, it’s about supporting you in releasing emotional burdens and returning to a place of inner peace. I’m honored to share this practice with you, helping you find balance and reconnect with your own healing power. I use pendulum and essential oils.

How Does Reiki Work?

Reiki practitioners act as conduits for this universal energy, channeling it through their hands to the recipient. The practitioner lightly places their hands on or just above specific areas of the body, focusing on energy centers (chakras) or areas of tension or imbalance.

This energy flow is believed to clear energetic blockages, stimulate the body’s natural healing mechanisms, and restore balance to the physical, emotional, and spiritual layers. Reiki works on the subtle energy body as well as the physical body, promoting deep relaxation and a sense of harmony.Because Reiki energy flows where it is needed most, each session is unique and tailored to the individual’s current state.
