For me, everything began with yoga in India, my spiritual home that taught me precious things during my journey.

I could not reach my toes in -Uttanasana- and With practice all is possible! The body became more flexible starting with the mind. But the most amazing thing is that it was not only a physical practice but its the discipline that brought me back to myself. On the mat, I learned what it meant to be fully present with no thoughts in the mind. I started my sadhana practice and day by day discovering a better version of myself breathing With awareness. I felt grounded in my body after years of being disconnected. In Yoga , discipline is one aspect referred to as – tapas- so like all muscles discipline gets stronger with exercise and only then you start budding good habits, stop procrastinating reduce stress, have better time manawment.

Yoga became a path of purification physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It gave me rhythm, strength,  and the clarity I had long searched for.

 Only then, from a place of steadiness, I’ve started to explore other healing modalities like Reiki, Spinal Energetics, Kundalini Bodywork, and Sound Healing naturally have become  extensions of this foundation, tools that now complement the inner stillness that yoga first awakened in me.

This space is for those who are tired of holding it all together. For those feeling stretched thin, stuck in old patterns, or disconnected from their own body. It’s for the ones who know something needs to shift but aren’t sure where to begin.Here, we begin with yoga. not just as a practice, but as a way of returning to yourself.

Through movement and breath, yoga offers the clarity, discipline, and grounding that so many of us crave. My approach is rooted in traditional lineages like Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Kundalini, but also weaves in Yin, Prenatal, and gentle practices depending on your needs. Sometimes it’s slow and soft. Sometimes it’s more  challenging and demanding. 

Healing is not rushed. And it’s never about fixing yourself because you are not broken.Through Yoga, energy work, sound, and deep listening, I’ve created a space for your system to soften, release, and realign. I’ve walked through anxiety, burnouts, and toxic relationships myself. I’ve lived the disconnection and I’ve also felt the spark of coming back to life.This work is an invitation. A slow return to wholeness. A remembering of who you really are beneath the noise, the tension, and the stories you’ve carried.You’re welcome here.

Yoga and Meditation Classes

I guide through the practice of Yoga and meditation, supporting your inner journey. My sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your inner self, balance your energy, and cultivate harmony in the body and in the mind. Classes are focused on asanas for improving flexibility, balance and strength while bringing awareness to the breath. In the meditation part, we will explore different techniques to find more clarity. Reducing stress and increasing self-awareness.

Mindful Breathing Meditation

Deep Breathing

Deep Breathing: a relaxation technique performed by purposefully
taking slow, deep breaths. When practiced regularly, deep breathing provides both immediate and long-term relief from stress and anxiety.
How Deep Breathing Works During periods of anxiety, the body
triggers a set of symptoms called the stress response. Breathing becomes shallow and rapid, heart rate increases, and muscles become tense. In opposition to the stress response is the relaxation response. Breathing becomes deeper and slower, and the symptoms of anxiety fade away. Deep breathing triggers this response.

No experience is necessary. Whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years, you are welcome here. Each session is guided with compassion and adapted to meet you where you are — physically, emotionally, and energetically.

For yoga and energy sessions, wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle, yoga mat (if not provided), and an open heart. For retreats, a full packing list will be sent upon registration.

Yes — I offer prenatal yoga and gentle practices tailored to pregnancy. Always let me know in advance so I can support you safely and mindfully.
