
Namaste, I'm Malika
I’m a yoga and meditation teacher, Kundalini Bodyworker, Spinal Energetics, and Reiki practitioner.
I came to this path not because everything was perfect, but because it wasn’t. I spent years feeling disconnected, anxious, and overwhelmed. Yoga was the first thing that truly helped me. It gave me structure, strength, and space to breathe. Through steady practice, I began healing from the inside out. As I kept going, I explored other healing tools such as Reiki, Spinal Energetics, Kundalini Bodywork, and sound. Each one helped me connect to myself in new ways.
Now, I combine these practices to support others. This work is about slowing down, softening, and remembering who you really are. You’re not alone here.

Deep Breathing
A relaxation technique performed by purposefully taking slow, deep breaths. When practiced regularly, deep breathing provides both immediate and long-term relief from stress and anxiety.How Deep Breathing Works During periods of anxiety, the body
triggers a set of symptoms called the stress response. Breathing becomes shallow and rapid, heart rate increases, and muscles become tense. In opposition to the stress response is the relaxation response. Breathing becomes deeper and slower, and the symptoms of anxiety fade away. Deep breathing triggers this response.
